Jens Janssen completed his apprenticeship at the yard as Industrial Mechanic and, after a brief stint at another yard, has been with us for several years. In addition to his main tasks in the turning shop, since 2008 he has also been responsible for the training, safety and environmental protection at the company, as well as for short distances between the office and the operating facilities.
Fabian Meiners
Project manager
To strengthen our team, Fabian Meiners was hired as an industrial foreman on February 1, 2022 and is responsible for the organization and billing in order processing.
Jannes Janssen
Project manager
Our organization team was strengthened on March 16, 2023 with the hiring of Jannes Janssen as a trained industrial mechanic. He is responsible for order processing with regard to acceptance, support, billing and material procurement.

Marion Boekelmann
Office Clerk
Marion Boekelmann has been responsible for all office activities at the yard, including bookkeeping, since September 2001.
Inga Haneborger
Office Clerk
Inga Haneborger has been back at the yard since September 2009 and is responsible for the overall office work as well as the maintenance of the website.

Industrial Mechanic
Jonny Buß has been working at the yard in the area of shipbuilding as an Industrial Mechanic since November 2009.
Renko Feldhuis
Construction mechanic
Since 01.02.2023, Renko Feldhuis has been strengthening our shipyard team as a construction mechanic. He is active in metalworking and pipe fitting, for all shipbuilding work and in the repair sector.
Uwe Giesselmann
Shipbuilder/Welder
To strengthen our team in the conversion and repair area, Uwe Giesselmann has been hired as a shipbuilder and welder since August 14, 2023.
Leo Haats
Industrial mechanic
After Leo Haats successfully completed his apprenticeship with us at the shipyard in the summer of 2024, he received a permanent position as an industrial mechanic for our repair and conversion sector.

Hillrich Janssen has been working at the yard since 1976 as a Shipbuilder and as a Plumber.

Construction mechanic
Since November 2019, Wilfried Kruse has been strengthening our team as a construction mechanic.

Fitter & Turner
Alexander Lawrenzow has been with us since 2012, working in the area of retrofitting and repairs in our turning shop for all kinds of turning and fitting work.
Heinz Lemke
Schweißer
Was already working from 1985 to 1992 at the shipyard as a welder. Since August 1, 2018, he has been responsible for all welding work in the shipbuilding sector after further welding training as an expert in accordance with the Pressure Vessel Ordinance and the DVS Welding Master
Timo Möhlmeyer
Locksmith Turner
Since 01 September 2022, Timo Möhlmeyer has again been responsible for rudder and shaft system repairs in our shipyard. He has already completed his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic – working for machines and systems with us and has been working abroad for the past three years.
Marcus Münniks
Fitter & Turner
Marcus Münniks has been performing his wor, as a Fitter & Turner at our yard since May 2008. He also works in the area of shipbuilding and values this diversity in his tasks.
Michael Palm
Shipbuilder
After Michael Palm completed his apprenticeship with us, he left the yard in 1997. Now he has returned and has been reinforcing our team since November 2016.

Since October 2019, Timo Redenius has been strengthening our shipbuilding team as a construction assistant.

André Röhrig was hired to strengthen our team as a construction mechanic in November 2019.

Shipbuilder
Holger Smit has been with the yard as a Shipbuilder since 2006 and is responsible for complex retrofits, yet takes on tasks in other areas too.
Rafal Szczecinski
Welder
After a longer working time as a temporary worker in our shipyard operation, Rafal Szczecinski received a permanent position on January 05, 2022 and expands our team as a welder.
Markus Wurps
Construction Mechanic
Markus Wurps has been Construction Mechanic for all shipbuilding work at the yard since 2 February 2015. Back during his apprenticeship, he was trained in metalworking in the shipbuilding sector in the areas of retrofitting and repair.
Uwe Zinner
Operations assistant
Since August 2020, Uwe Zinner has been strengthening our shipyard team as an operations assistant.
